Entertainment Tonight is among the media outlets praising the novel's film adaptation, putting Water for Elephants on their Top 10 list of films to watch this spring.

With the buzz growing, it's not surprising to see the book featured in an iPad 2 commercial. (At about 2:20).

And it's not just fans showing up to watch the film..

Finally, Avon is holding an auction to benefit a great cause that helps victims of domestic abuse. The winner gets a chance to meet Reese Witherspoon and attend the Water for Elephants premiere in New York. All the info can be found on eBay.

In the latest round of people talking Rob, we start off with casting director Rene Haynes. She talked to the Great Falls Tribune, about the experience of working with the cast and crew of the Twilight films:

It was like being at the center of a really crazy pop-culture cyclone," Haynes said. She's proud of the young native actors she cast for the "Twilight" films, including "great new faces" such as Australian actor Xavier Samuel.

"I am not part of the casting team of the last two films in the series," Haynes said in an e-mail interview. "However, it hasn't stopped the flow of 'Twilight'-related e-mail I get every week, mostly from people that want to know if I can ask Rob Pattinson to attend their birthday party. Sorry; that answer will always be no."

And it turns out Madonna's daughter Lourdes is Team Edward. She was outed by her dad when he spoke to People magazine:

"She loves to watch Harry Potter. It's a favorite of hers. We can watch that 100 times – well, she can," Leon says. "Twilight is also pretty big at our house. She likes Robert Pattinson. She's Team Edward all the way."

We can't say we blame her..

EW features both Water for Elephants and Breaking Dawn on its Spring Preview, with the scans you've seen before.

And Moviefone goes as far as to start talking Oscars for Water for Elephants on its preview. Read it at their site.

Rob lands at #8 on Time's Top 10 British Invasions:

8. Robert Pattinson

The 23-year-old actor, born and raised in London, thought he'd hit the big time when he landed his first blockbuster role playing Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, the fourth installment in the Harry Potter series. But it wasn't until Pattinson was picked to play seductive vampire Edward Cullen in the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight saga that he got the chance to really sink his teeth into Hollywood. Since then, he's sparked a Beatlesque frenzy among Twihard fans and written an alternative, dark and intense chapter in the annals of U.S. pop culture. Now if we could only figure out whether or not he's single.

It's been such an exciting week, with the release of the Water for Elephants trailer. And thanks to WFEFilm, we learned what music was used in the new clip. It's from the soundtrack of The Assassination of Jesse James, which Rob mentioned in an interview with HitFix after he couldn't go through with the audition.

Now check out the Water for Elephants version, we think it fits better here ;)
